The whole ethos of Zenrec from its conception was the focus to Make Recruitment Easy over the last year we have been developing our service to provide a comprehensive effective recruitment solution.
Zenrec.net has listened to the needs of local employers and created a recruitment service that really hits the mark. We have taken the key challenges that employers face when they recruit and created a synergistic recruitment package that we believe offers employers not only what they want at outstanding value but also the most comprehensive system available to source quality candidates.
We have literally spoken to thousands of employers in Northern Ireland over the last year about recruitment. The improvements to our service are a result of over a year's research, and a commitment to being an innovative value driven company that genuinely cares for all our customers. 5 KEY BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYERS WHO WANT TO RECRUIT
1. We work on a retainer basis - we charge you a fixed fee to source candidates for you. We can source candidates for any job sector in any location in the UK. We will soon be adding All Ireland to our service. You can recruit for as little as £229 per vacancy.
2. As our client we will promote your vacancies and source candidates for you from 3 key sources.
a. Online job boards
b. Newspapers
c. Recruitment Agencies on our Zenrec network
3. Where we look is up to you, taking into consideration your time constraints, how specialised and urgent the role is and how much your budget is. We can execute your recruitment strategy in stages to suit your needs. You are in total control, but we look after everything for you on your behalf for one small set retainer fee.
4. We give you 100% commitment. No matter how difficult the position is to fill we will stay with you and work with you until you have found someone who you believe is right for your company. It doesn't matter how long it takes, we work for one small set fee.
5. We work our fee on a job description basis. If you need more than 1 person for a particular job role, we will only charge you 1 management fee, even if you hire 100 people or more from the one job description.

5 KEY BENEFITS FOR RECRUITMENT AGENCIES ON OUR NETWORK
1. As Zenrec is providing a unique comprehensive recruitment package we are attracting the best employers in Northern Ireland - this will create a steady flow of vacancy opportunities on a regular basis for our agency members.
2. All vacancies submitted to our member agencies will be highly qualified to ensure that the employer chooses to recruit via an agency service.
3. All the employers on our network have agreed to work exclusively with Zenrec Agencies. Recruitment Agencies who are not members of our website will not be able to deal with the employer on any vacancies that we are working on.
4. Fast Decisions. As each employer has a designated Zenrec vacancy manager who will be assisting the employer closely with their candidate selection this will create a momentum with the recruitment process that will ensure decisions on specific candidates are made quickly.
5. No commission. We don't take any commission from any placements you make via an introduction made from our service nor will using our service effect the fee that you charge. All members will pay a small set subscription fee.
