Experience, Qualifications and Skills ……..
Essential
• Degree / HND in a food related subject
• Experience of managing a team of people
• The ability to audit and update existing Technical systems
• The ability to prepare for Customer and external audits
• The ability to undertake trend analysis reports
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP
• Computer literate / experience of developing reports
• Experience with Total Quality Management System’s
Desirable
• Experience with ISO 14001 and IPPC
• Experience within red meat industry

Job Titles
Based in our site at Lisahally, Londonderry, reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate will manage all aspects of the Technical function within the strategy and general policies as instructed to the General Manager on behalf of the Executive Board. The candidate must ensure that the highest level of Quality is maintained in compliance with customer / Company specifications and E.C. Legislation.
