McGee’s Butchers, with a portfolio of Retail Food Halls across Northern Ireland are expanding into an exciting new partnership with ASDA Supermarkets in Northern Ireland. This venture means we will need to expand our current staffing levels to ensure that our high standard of product quality and customer service is maintained throughout the new format McGee’s Butchery Concessions within ASDA Supermarkets.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the butchery concession counter and pre-pack meats division
- Manage a team of colleagues
- Responsibility for departmental performance, production, ordering, stock rotation and product presentation
- Work closely with McGee’s company directors and area managers as well as ASDA’s management/personnel, suppliers and customers
- Any other associated tasks as requested
The Person
- Proven leaders with strong organisational skills and the ability to delegate
- Confident working under pressure with experience in achieving sales targets
- Possess strong people-management skills
- Experience of the fresh food industry is preferable
Qualifications
- Food Technology Qualification
- Managerial/Business Qualification

Remuneration Package
- Negotiable based on qualifications/experience
- Salary Range approx £25k
