Essential Criteria would include:
- Technical or Food related Studies or equivalent / experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability in attention to detail, numeracy and literacy
- Motivated with ability to work on own initiative
- Able to solve problems analytically
- Computer literate / Interest in IT technical functions
Desirable Criteria:
- Foundation certificate in Food Technology
- Previous experience working in food industry
· Understanding of ISO & HACCP
