Our client, Lockton Insurance currently require a Contact Manager based in their office in Belfast.

·        Prior contact management experience in this field would be a big bonus.

·        Self motivated

·        Self sufficient

·        Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The Role

Initially to work on a specific project as we roll out a new insurance product to our existing customer base. Around 4,500 clients across the UK need to be contacted and specific data captured.

This will initially be a temporary contract to run concurrent with this sales project although we have other projects in the pipeline for 2010 requiring contact management input.
