Our Client, Cherry Pipes Ltd, are actively recruiting for a Maintenance Fitter to be based in Dungannon. The new Maintenance Fitter will complete many duties such as….
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work
- Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
- Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
- Investigating plant breakdowns through root cause analysis and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence
- Manage engineering activities to comply with Health, Safety and Environment requirements
- Monitor plant delays and budgets so to identify potential plant improvements and cost reductions
What skills and qualifications must the successful candidate for the position of Maintenance Fitter possess….
- A minimum of five years experience in a similar role
- Electrical Maintenance experience is essential
- Inverter and PLC experience also essential
- Pro-active and motivated approach to work
What kind of benefits can the new Maintenance Fitter expect….
- As a guide £8 - £10 per hour but is negotiable dependant on skills and experience
