We use the latest innovative online recruitment resources to keep costs to a minimum, whilst staying focused on providing a personal and professional recruitment service.

2. Recruitment Credits Information

To keep our service cost effective and simple, we operate on the basis of Recruitment Credits. This works similar to a retainer contract basis, you are paying us in advance to carry out an online job advertising campaign and full vacancy management service for a period of up to 3 months, we do not levy extra charges, commissions or placement fees.

Zenrec Recruitment Credits can be purchased as a single Recruitment Credit or in a Recruitment Credit bundle. The more recruitment credits you buy the more savings you can make. We work with most of our clients on a long term basis over a number of recruitment campaigns.

Recruitment Credits have no expiry date, so you can buy a bundle to take advantage of the lower cost, without any pressure of having to use your Recruitment Credits within a certain time period.

You can hire unlimited candidates with the one Recruitment Credit.

A Recruitment Credit entitles you to a recruitment campaign that can last for up to 3 months.

  • 1. Average Cost of A Newspaper Advertising Campaign X Number of Advertisements in the last 12 months.
  • 2. Average Cost of A Recruitment Agency Fee X Number of Placements in the last 12 months.
  • 3. Number of Job Roles (not placements) that you recruited for on average every quarter.
Add the results of 1 and 2 together to find out how much you spent on recruitment.

For Example:

5 Newspaper Advertisements at average cost of £1,000 = £5,000
3 Recruitment Agency Placements at average cost of £2,500 = £7,500
Total Cost of Recruitment in last 12 months = £12,500

Multiply the number of quarterly job roles by 4 to find out how many recruitment credits you need to buy.

For Example:

2 Job Roles Every Quarter = 2 x 4 = 8 Recruitment Credits

You can Purchase 10 Recruitment Credits for £3170 (That is just £317 per Recruitment Credit)

£12,500 - £3170 = £9330 Savings per year.
