A.No, Zenrec.net is not a job board, we use our website to promote our clients vacancies, just like traditional recruitment agencies. It is our company policy to list all our vacancies on our website, along with the company logo and profile. We believe that the Client’s identity is a fundamental part of any recruitment campaign and it will help to attract the right type of people to apply to our client’s vacancies. We work in partnership with our clients to increase brand awareness in the job market.
We do much more than a job board, as we write your job advertisement, promote it over a wide array of job boards, we proactively search online CV databases, we handle candidate queries, we manage the application process, we arrange interviews, do reference checking and much much more!

Zenrec works for a low cost fixed fee, we do not charge commissions or placement fees, and you can hire unlimited people from the one recruitment campaign.

A.Zenrec will give you private log in details to your company recruitment account where you can monitor the progress we are making on your current vacancies.
You get uncensored access to all your applicants’ information, and you can review CVs 24/7 from any computer.
Your Personal Vacancy Manager will be in contact with you regularly to review your CVs with you, and ensure that the advertising campaign is attracting the quality and quantity of applicants you desire.

Q12. How Are Candidates Filtered?
A.If you have specific criteria that you want candidates to have, or if you want candidates to answer any questions we can arrange for all applicants to take part in a tailor made online interview. This will help to highlight the most suitable candidates for your job role.
When you have short listed your favourite candidates, Zenrec can help you further to shorten you list for face to face interviews with an innovative video interview service. This will further help you to save time and filter the most appropriate candidates for your job role.

Q14. Why do you not charge commissions or placement fees?
A.Zenrec is committed to our Fair Pricing Policy. We want to provide a low cost recruitment solution and therefore do not charge commissions or placement fees.
We put the same amount of time and effort into a recruitment campaign with a salary of £15,000 as we do into a recruitment campaign with a salary of £45,000, so why should we charge you more when it doesn’t cost us more?
With Zenrec, you are simply paying us for managing your online advertising campaign and the application process.
The salary bracket or job nature does not affect our costs, so therefore it does not affect the price we charge you.

Q15. Can I really hire unlimited staff at no extra cost?
A.Whether you want to hire 1 person or 10 people for a job role, it does not affect our costs. We put the same time and effort into finding one person or ten people; writing your job advertisement, setting up your company profile, advertising your job on the job boards, searching CV databases, handling candidate queries, etc. etc.
We do not believe we should charge you extra, if it does not cost us extra.
We are first and foremost here to provide you with a long term recruitment solution; we are not just here to make a quick buck!

As standard we provide a comprehensive fully managed service that includes writing the job advertisements, handling candidate queries, candidate filtering, organising job interviews, informing candidates of your decision and reference checking.

Q18. I need to fill a position fast, how fast can Zenrec work?
A.Zenrec has helped many companies to fill positions within a matter of days. It really depends on the nature of the job role and how specialised it is. For an honest answer, please let us know the job role you are recruiting for and we can let you know if it is normally filled quickly.
When you submit a vacancy to us, we will have it live on up to 40 boards and search the biggest online CV Databases within one working day, if you job role is urgent, we will make it top priority to get it promoted pronto! At no extra cost to you.

Q19. I want to hire on a self-employed basis, can you help with this?
A.We have successfully helped several companies hire sales people on a self employed basis. With the current economic climate, small businesses need to do everything they can to increase sales without increasing overheads, and recruiting for self employed sales people is often a good option. Q20. Is this Recruitment Service Guaranteed?
A.When you employ Zenrec to manage and promote your vacancies… that is the service that you are paying for. We do not charge placement fees or commissions on successful hires that you make from our service; the number of placements you make from a recruitment campaign does not affect the price that we charge.
Zenrec guarantees that your job will be advertised on a wide array of online job boards and that we will professionally manage your recruitment process from start to finish.
We will work diligently for you for up to 3 months at no extra cost to ensure that you hire the desired number and / or quality of candidates that you require for the job role.
If Zenrec where to offer no placement no fees, like a traditional recruitment agency, we would have to remove the client branding, uncensored candidate contact information, and unlimited hires features that make our service so unique. We quite like these features of our service, and we hope you do too!
We also do not want to have to build into your price, the time we have spent working on other employer’s jobs where the employers have pulled the vacancy or filled the job internally or for other circumstances outside of our control.
We only want you to pay directly for the work that we do for you. We believe that is fair, and fair is what we are all about.
