We bring job vacancies to our member agencies to speed up the process of placing registered candidates in suitable employment. A. Of course! You can register for a completely free 30 day membership trial by clicking here. During the trial period you can place candidates without any associated charges. You are under no obligation to continue with the service after your free trial expires. During the 30 day membership trial you will be required to abide by our Terms and Conditions. A. After your free trial, you will be impressed by our service and will no doubt want to sign up for a monthly subscription to have access to the site and receive the email alerts. The fixed monthly subscription fee will give you complete access the site, with unlimited CV submissions and placements. Zenrec.net does not charge any commission on any placements you make via an introduction made via our site. A. When you log in you will see a list of vacancies from employers who want to use agency services. The employer describes the role, the type of person they are looking for and provides a salary guide. You can see the employer name and company profile for every position. Back to questions


Q6. Is there anyway I can identify what vacancies require more CVs?

A. Yes, you can easily identify the number of CV Matches an employer has created. You will see the number of CVs that have been accepted for interview beside the Job Title. This number indicates the number of CVs the employer has selected as a potential candidate, not the total number of CVs submitted. Back to questions


Q7. Can I call the employer directly?

A. It is the employer's choice how they wish to communicate with you and this is clearly stated on the job description. If the employer provides the name and contact information for the person responsible for recruitment then you can call the employer directly. If the employer states that they wish only to receive CVs via zenrc.net then you should respect the employers wishes, failure to do so may result in your membership to zenrec.net being cancelled. Q8. What happens when I submit a CV to an employer via the website?

A. When you submit a CV to an employer via the website it is stored in a private online account that only the employer can access. This keeps the process simple and organised for the employer. The employer will be alerted when you upload a CV and after they read the CV they will be prompted to make a decision whether to accept or decline. If an employer accepts your CV as a potential candidate then you will be automatically notified by email with the name and number of the person to call. Back to questions


Q9. What happens if my candidate has registered with more than one agency?

A. Zenrec.net operates on a first come first served basis. When you upload a CV you will be asked to enter the postcode of the candidate. If another agency uploads a CV with the same postcode then we will conduct a manual check to ensure that the CVs are unique, should the same candidate be submitted more than once, the employer will only have access to the first submission. Q10. Does Zenrec.net change how I do business with the employer?

A. No, you do business as normal, using your own terms and conditions, and you bill the employer directly at your normal rates. Zenrec.net is not involved in any financial transactions between you and any employer. Zenrec.net does not take commission for any placements made via an introduction made via the website.
