Q5. How long can I post a job for?
A. You can post a job for as long as it takes to find the perfect candidate, there is no time limit. Using Zenrec.net should greatly reduce the length of time that it takes to fill a vacancy in your company, even the most difficult to fill vacancies. As long as your vacancy is active we will remain dedicated to sourcing candidates and your personal vacancy manager will be with you every step of the way. We charge a flat fee so you don't have to worry about rising costs or commissions. If you have ongoing vacancies that you are always recruiting for we can work with you on these also.
Q6. How do I receive CVs?
A. All applicants will be directed to your vacancy website and prompted to upload their CV and answer key criteria questions. All these CVs will be stored in your private account for you to review at a time that is convenient for you.
Q7. I don’t have the time to look through lots of CVs, can you help?
A. Yes, our vacancy management service includes CV screening, just let us know your key criteria and we can filter you the best CVs that match your requirements. Saving you time and ensuring you get to choose from the cream of the crop.
Q8. Agencies are calling me, what should I do?
A. The recruitment agencies we work with have agreed not to contact you, in the unlikely case that this should happen please let us know immediately. If a recruitment agency contacts you from outside of our network please refer them to us and we can deal with communications on your behalf from the sophisticated systems we have developed.
